    Gustaf Westman is now seeking a full-time E-commerce & Wholesale Manager to join our team and take ownership of our digital and wholesale sales channels, ensuring growth, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience.

    Your role will involve

    Wholesale

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners while proactively identifying new business opportunities that align with our brand identity and long-term vision.

    • Driving growth within the wholesale segment by developing strategic partnerships, ensuring profitability, and negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.

    • Overseeing order management, ensuring timely processing, accurate fulfillment, and seamless coordination between internal teams and wholesale clients.

    E-commerce Sales & Customer Experience

    • Driving online sales and optimizing performance across our digital sales channel.

    • Ensuring the visual look and feel of the e-commerce platform aligns with brand identity, maintaining consistency in

      product presentation, messaging, and overall user experience.

    • Analyzing sales data and leveraging Google Analytics to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

    • Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.

    • Keeping the e-commerce platform up to date, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotional content.

    • Overseeing customer service, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order fulfillment, and prompt issue

      resolution for e-commerce clients.

    • Collaborating with marketing and logistics teams to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.

     

    Location

    The position is based in Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required for wholesale client visits.

     

    About you

    • You have at least 2+ year of experience in either e-commerce or wholesale sales.

    • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.

    • You have a customer-first mentality and understand the importance of providing top-tier customer service across both

      wholesale and e-commerce.

    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • You have experience Google Analytics to analyze performance and inform decision-making.

    • You are confident in using Google Ads to enhance online sales.

    • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, Magento) and CRM systems is a plus.
