Delivery Partner
All shipments within the EU are dispatched through FedEx or DHL. All shipments outside the EU are sent via FedEx unless otherwise arranged.
Tracking
Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Customs Duty and Tax
Customs duty and tax are covered for all member countries of the European Union as well as the UK, US, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. For other countries, local customs charges might apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. For all other items, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for your exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at info@gustafwestman.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange.” Include your order reference number in the email.
2. Package your objects safely, preferably in our original packaging. If our original packaging is no longer available, please feel free to use any suitable alternative packaging for safe shipping
3. We will send you a prepaid return label. Simply affix this over the original shipping label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the original amount.
4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Claims
If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns. Please always keep the original packaging until the claim is processed.
To initiate a claim:
1. Email us at info@gustafwestman.com with the subject “Claim". Include your order reference number in the email. If your product arrives damaged, please include images of the product and the box it arrived in.
2. Package your objects safely, preferably in our original packaging. If our original packaging is no longer available, please feel free to use any suitable alternative packaging for safe shipping
3. We will send you a prepaid return label. Simply affix this over the original shipping label.
4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Purchases from Partner Retailers
For items purchased from our partnered retail locations, please follow the return and exchange policies of the respective retailer.
