INTRODUCTION
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed by individual consumers via the Gustaf Westman website. These terms do not apply to authorized retailers or B2B partners, who are governed by separate commercial agreements. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a consumer and meet the age requirements for your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the version valid at the time of your order is the one that applies.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A binding purchase agreement is formed only when we send you a specific shipping confirmation email. The automated order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance. Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing for your own use. Please note that due to your device's color settings, product colors in images may differ slightly from their actual colors. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that the website is free of typographical errors or that color rendering is perfect. We reserve the right to decline orders due to suspected resale, product unavailability, or inaccuracies.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices include VAT where applicable. For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duty and tax are covered for the UK, US, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. For all other countries, local import duties and taxes may apply. Payments are processed through authorized providers shown at checkout. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely. The age limit for purchasing with a gift card is 16 years. For all other payment methods, the age limit is 18 years. Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.

All designs, products, images, and trademarks on this website are the exclusive property of Gustaf Westman Objects AB. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
DELIVERY
Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization or third-party carrier issues. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is delivered damaged or develops a defect, you must notify us promptly with evidence of the damage. Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, a refund of the purchase price, or compensation if the customer arranges the repair themselves, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.
LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
No company within the Gustaf Westman group is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, or global transport disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights.
